WERMA Signal Lights, Traffic Lights, & Beacons

WERMA signal lights and traffic lights help you to clearly identify risks and impending threats. Installation beacons for mounting in holes and base-mounting beacons for direct attachment to objects provide clear and effective signaling to make your processes safe.

EvoSIGNALS are available in three sizes (Signal Beacons) and specific assembly adapters can ideally cover almost any application segments. TwinLIGHT and TwinFLASH merge two lighting functions in one element that can then be remotely operated and even configured to suit different escalation levels.

Despite their size, micro installation beacons from the 230 / 231 / 232 range will provide good all-round visibility. The range includes control panel indicator lights.

With its (MC55) series LED Installation Beacon (Multicolor) offers a compact signal device with up to seven colors in a single beacon: red, yellow, green, white, blue, violet and turquoise. A tricolor version is available as an alternative, combining the most common colors, red, yellow and green in just the one beacon. The beacon can be actuated via either a simple cable connection or a pre-assembled M12 plug - for plug & play. This allows the signalization of several different statuses with just one device.

The compact 853 LED beacon is particularly versatile. With an IP67 protection rating, it is suitable for all indoor and outdoor applications, even in harsh environmental conditions. Easy mounting and electrical installation thanks to the elastic, self-sealing, membranes or optional M20 cable gland for mounting on different sides.

The heavy-duty beacons have the advantage of a robust and seawater-resistant aluminum housing unit in conjunction with a shock-resistant wire guard. These products are therefore especially suitable for use in harsh environments, locations exposed to seawater, or situations where excellent shock resistance is required.

WERMA’s monitored beacons are for applications where safety is an issue. These beacons are certified by the TÜV Technical Inspection Agency and can be integrated into the safety assessment of your machinery/plant equipment in accordance with EN 13849-1 and EN 62061.

The new LED rotating mirror beacons and rotating beacons from WERMA make attention-grabbing signaling possible over longer distances and emit light over a range of 360 degrees. Thanks to their LED light source, the newly improved rotating mirror beacons are energy-saving, durable and at the same time brighter, since the use of LEDs has made it possible to increase the light intensity even further. The special Fresnel lens (884) produces beams of light that have a long range even in poor light conditions.
