Description
In-Sight Explorer is Cognex's powerful and fully integrated vision sensor software. The In-Sight software allows you to Connect, Configure, Emulate, Operate, and Maintain your Vision Sensors and Vision Systems all from an integrated user environment.
The In-Sight Explorer software includes both the EasyBuilder® environment as well as a brief intro into the classic Spreadsheet programming environment. The EasyBuilder software interface offers everything required to easily set up reliable applications. Using a drag and drop interface, no programming is needed and you are able to build and deploy applications quickly and easily. This includes automatic extraction of features, setting smart parameters and limits.
Who should attend
Anyone who is responsible for production, quality, automation, maintenance, and system integration or engineering in a manufacturing environment. Those just interested in learning about machine vision will also gain valuable knowledge. The course material is applicable for all In-Sight Vision Systems.

Location

In-Person Class Details
In-person classes utilize hardware provided by Gibson Engineering at our training facilities. Students are encouraged to bring their own laptops with the In-Sight software preinstalled. This software is a free download from Cognex’s website.
Online Class Details
Online classes utilize the built-in Emulator provided by the In-Sight software.
Requirements:
- Computer with In-Sight Software pre-installed prior to the start of class. The instructor will confirm which version prior to start of class. Some other packages may also be requested such as VisionView PC Demo.
- Quiet workspace to sit for the duration of the class away from distractions where the instructor can be heard easily
- Webcam so that you can interact with the class and the instructor
- Either a headset or speakers and a microphone
