Description
This in-person custom training class has been developed with the goal to provide participants with information on how to use both the hardware and software of Cognex In-Sight Vision Systems. The syllabus was created using student feedback from previous training classes.
Cognex – Spreadsheets Max Training has been developed to give new or limited experience In-Sight users a 3-day overview of the hardware and software used by Cognex In-Sight vision systems. With the focus on getting the most from the In-Sight Explorer Spreadsheets interface, users learn how to walk through the process of setting up a vision application using spreadsheet programming best practices. Students will learn how to use vision tools and associated functions in the spreadsheets environment to solve real-world applications.
Who should attend
Anyone who is responsible for production, quality, automation, maintenance, and system integration or engineering in a manufacturing environment. Those just interested in learning about machine vision will also gain valuable knowledge. The course material is applicable for all In-Sight Vision Systems. This course is not intended for In-Sight 2000 Vision Sensors.

Location

In-Person Class Details
In-person classes utilize hardware provided by Gibson Engineering at our training facilities. Class includes a light breakfast and lunch. Students are encouraged to bring their own laptops with the In-Sight software preinstalled. This software is a free download from Cognex’s website.
Online Class Details
Currently this class is not available online and is only being presented in person.
